Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with MONARKE Studio. We strive to deliver your luxury pieces with care and speed.

Processing Time:
All our jewellery orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. All watch orders are processed within 2-3 weeks after payment confirmation, this is because all our watches are made specifically for each customer.

Shipping Methods & Times:

  • UK & EU: Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days.
  • USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand: Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.
  • Rest of the World: Shipping can take 10–21 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Costs:

  • We offer free international shipping on all orders over the equivalent of £50 GBP.
  • For Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the US standard tracked shipping is available at a flat rate of £15.
  • For anywhere else standard tracked shipping is available at a flat rate of £20.

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply.
