We’ve got you covered. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is missing, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.

Each MONARKE watch’s size and specs are listed on its product page, including case diameter, thickness, movement type, and strap length. Most of our watches are designed to fit comfortably on all wrist sizes.

Our watches use automatic or mechanical movements, meaning they are powered by your wrist’s natural motion — no battery required. Simply wear it daily or wind it occasionally to keep it running smoothly.

What materials is the product made from? 

Each MONARKE piece is crafted from high-grade 316L stainless steel, featuring sapphire-coated glass, and is powered by reliable Seiko movements. Every detail is selected for durability and timeless style.

How do I adjust my watch?

If your watch has a metal bracelet, links can be easily added or removed using the bracelet adjustment tool found inside the box of every MONARKE watch or by a local jeweller for a professional fit. For strap models, simply adjust using the clasp holes to find your perfect fit.
